All features of the trial version and the registered version are the same, but the trial version has some limitations. For example, an unregistered Audiophile Sound Recorder can only record up to 100 seconds of audio. This allows you to evaluate the functionality of the product, but not enough for real use. Once purchased, you will be eligible for a free lifetime upgrade and full technical support from us.

We don't provide CD copies of products but only online digital copies. You don't need to buy CDs as the products will be upgraded constantly and you can download the latest versions of the product from our website without any limitation.

No, basically our program's license code is one license for one computer only. If you need to use the program on multiple machines at the same time, you should buy extra licenses.

If you were accidentally charged more than the price you should pay, usually due the duplicated order submissions, please email us with order details. We will then refund the duplicated payment to you ASAP.
